young irish trad players

hey, me and my friend are trying to start an irish traditional band with mainly young people, im 15 and play fiddle, hes 18 and plays bouzouki, we could use guitar(preferably DADGAD), button accordian, concertina, bodhran(no crappy players), tin whistle, or flute.
